Scheduled inspections and personal walk-throughs help ensure that the home you live in is built with the utmost care and integrity. Oakland provides three detailed inspections:
  1. Inspection and orientation prior to you moving in
  2. Detailed inspection 30 days after you move in and
  3. Detailed inspection 11 months after move-in
